so I've got anxiety and I'm always really stressed with school, and lately I've been working out a lot to try and lose weight and I've noticed my appetite getting smaller f.e at school i use to get a school sub from subway (sandwich, drink and a cookie) and now i can barely finish the sandwich and never eat the cookie, and I'm finding I'm eating less in the house, and sometimes eating makes me feel disgusted, I'm worried that this could be because of stress from school and anxiety or is it maybe just my stomach shrinking??? Thoughts?

Maybe you are more health conscience now? I do not think you must worry too much. Monitor your situation, and eat healthy food.
