I am 20 and in urgent need of answers. I’ve had chest pains for months now. The initial diagnoses was Gerd. I’ve had an echocardiogram and 3 ekg’s. I’ve also had blood test due to several emergency room visits. I’ve seen a cardiologist, neurologist, rheumatologist, and I’m seeing my primary soon. What makes me most nervous is that my chest pain can be accompanied by arm pain which never really goes away. I’m in college and this is taking such a toll. Here are a list of symptoms:
Digestive issues
-Lower stomach pain
-loud lower stomach noises
Sore arms
-left forearm
Chest pain inner side and under left breast
Tension Headaches
Leg Muscle twitches
A lot of burping and gas
Armpit pain
Shoulder pain
Upper back and chest pain
Frequent bowel movement

OMG I also am going thru the very same thing. Sometimes my left boob feels like its in fire and it is nerve recking. I found that when i put hot compression on that pain it subsides
I’ve had something similar for a little while, started off with heart palpitations which started my anxiety I think. Since then I’ve had aching legs and arm, sore/tense neck/shoulders (which people are telling me is from stress) I sometimes get tight throat with a lot of burping.
I stupidly googled my symptoms and had myself beleiving I had the worst disease ever. Think I’m slowly believing that I don’t have a disease and the achiness can be due to anxiety, and lots of other symptoms you mentioned can be due to anxiety. Just try to trust if the doctor says you’re fine, you’re fine we are young (im 23, you’re 20) and we shouldn’t be feeling this way lol. If you have Facebook join the Health Anxiety Support Group, you will see there’s lots of people that have your symptoms xx
