Chest hurts like crazy.. mainly left side

at work was moving boxes that with every movement my chest would hurt more and more accompanied by shortness of breath and lightheadaness and slight diziness..had in my mind that i was getting a heart attack

already had ekg , chest x ray done 2 days ago

can anxiety give you this nasty feeling as well?..and sometimes worsen when you are moving heavy stuff or general physical activity?

pain started today in morning..not constant pain..

heart pain or muscle pain?

Yeah I’ve had chest pain on and off like a sharp stabbing pain under my left breast or the top bit but goes away after a few minutes or hours depends how tense I am, I am assuming it’s just muscles or nerves in that area as I’ve had all the tests and came back clear.
