Please help

I keep getting so many weird and uncomfortable sensations what’s wrong with me I’m panicking because I’m home alone all day and go through this every single day but symptoms are always changing. I’m scared I feel like I keep going blank so it’s hard for me to explain what’s going on it’s like I forget
