Shaky inside

For the past couple of days I been feeling shaky inside specially when I’m laying down for Bed I close my eyes and all I can feel is shaky and it’s scatting me I just need to know is this another part of aniexty or am I seriously like dying

I get shakes/chills when I go to bed my current issue from last night is my foot is still vibrating from last night which is annoying and trying to ignore it.

Weird mine does that sometimes as well it’s so annoying

Yeah I dunno if it’s cause it’s the cold making it worse as always has cold hands and feet. It just hasn’t stopped today but I get chills and shakes quiet a lot when I am relaxed it’s weird.
