Anyone ever feel like your heart is being pinched? Not a stabbing electric shock type pain, a pinching warm sensation. One time I rolled in bed and all the sudden felt my heart. I hate this. I feel so down Right now.

Hi Isaack, sounds more like a nerve which can feel like pinching and warm sensation. The heart wouldn't do that. It's well protected by the rib cage. Breathe deeply and focus on something else. You are okay and you are safe. x

I'm just tired of this. I feel like I could die any moment. Sometimes I feel like my breath is being sucked in and then my heart pounds hard and back to normal.

Yeah I get a weird sensation on the top of my breast like a burning pinching feeling, chest pains in that area, weird vibration feeling but I tell myself my heart is more in the centre of the body and these feelings are most likely tense muscles/nerves.

Honestly I hope its normal. i did every test you can think of and they all ways say its anxiety. Am I going insane...

I know the feeling had loads of ECGs, bloods and everything come back normal. So I have to accept it’s just a feeling, are you on any medications?

No, I try not to take medications. I don't wana be so dependent on them.

Yeah I understand, they can just mask the symptoms sometimes.
