Jeff1943 I just would like to take this time and thank you for every bit of knowledge you have given me about anxiety and what forms it comes in and coping methods and even explaining some of doctor claire weekes quotes from her books

I have seen your name on MANY posters posts and I know you have touched many souls and helped so many on this forum!

So lets give this guy what he deserves jeff thank you so much for being a part of this community and helping each and everyone of us even if we dont take your advice you still give it I truly appreciate what you do!

Here's to Jeff1943, the man of Acceptance. You have changed so many lives in your words of wisdom and encouragement that anxiety need not be a lifetime sentence. Thank you for the time you selflessly put into this forum because you believe there is an answer with Anxiety. If I were in a room of members right now, I would stand up and start the applause. You so well deserve it Jeff. Congrats are in order.

Thank you for your kind words of appreciation which I accept on my behalf and Claire Weekes. Do you know it's a year to the day that I first turned up here, Heaven knows how I arrived here I wasn't searching, just kinda found myself here. Maybe I was directed here, if so I wonder by whom🤔?

Anxiety affects people of all nations and cultures equally and in supporting each other all barriers are swept aside and all worlds are one.

Yes I'm still around but I'm 80 and fighting a rearguard battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I still contribute here but not so often these days and also contribute to a Claire Weekes Fans page on Facebook. Hope you have overcome the worst of your anxiety disorder.
