So i read someones post on here who said she had a fast heart rate and didnt know why assuming it was anxiety. She then decided to go hospital and ended up having a stroke. So my question is how do we know the difference between anxiety and a medical emergency. I always have a fast heart rate and have so many physical symptoms. Its now really scareing me because how can you tell them apart

Like you I've had many panic attacks and I mean LOADS, the thing is I know they are happening psychologically, even though they shouldn't be, they are, if a cardiac arrest started to happen, ud be literally on the floor in pain, shooting pains down your arm etc etc, huge amount of chest pain, and it would happen without you being in a state of much anxiety at the time, normally quite suddenly, wouldn't be a constant thing.
With a stoke, half your body normally would lose all its nerve movements which is why your face drags down etc, u wouldn't be able to talk properly or coordinate your words etc, never heard of anxiety being able to do THAT and fool us thankfully 😁!
Okay thank you. I no i sound mad i just have bad health anxiety and worry about everything !
