BetterDays14, the dry mouth has been bothering me severely for the last 5-6 years. To the point where it is very uncomfortable always feeling so bone dry. I had tests recently to rule out Sojourns disease. They came back negative. I know my medications aren't helping but nothing seems to work in relieving the dryness.

As for jumping, I don't do that but infrequently now. There was a time that my body would jolt forward when trying to relax while sitting. Embarrassing if there are people around making you look like you are spastic. All to due with over tense, over stressed nervous system..

I know it won't work for everyone, but what I have found to relive dry mouth is a CVS brand salt water mouth wash. It contains no alcohol, and apparently has enzymes that help with keeping your mouth moist. It won't do miracles, but it has helped me.
