Hello all

I'm new to this. I'm 39 year old male, I have o.c.d and anxiety. I have been living with this for 5 years, currently on sertraline which has helped the anxiety.

Hi dougal welcome you will find this site a great help post when you feel you need help support and advice.anxiety is horrible and robs us all of the nice things in life .acceptance is the key I'm reading a great book by dr Clare weekes and I listen to her on you tube .ive been ill myself with anxiety for a few days but had a good day today been for a lovely walk with our dog.take care keep posative 🌈X
