Heart palpitations/mood

So i can just be watching tv or relaxing and boom!! My heart skip a beat and i get weak and shortness of breath for a while and i hate does this happen to anyone else and do u hate it.?

Yes this cold weather seems to make mine worse. I have skips all the time

Heart palpitations are more common than you think and are generally not an issue that requires medical intervention. However for your piece of mind and to rule out any cardiovascular issue you can request that doctor run a simple ecg test which will generally pick up on any abnormalities. You can also request that Dr have you where a holter monitor for 24_48 hours to monitor heart activity for any abnormalities. You are probably fine, but maybe have it checked out for peace of mind. Feel better!
