Ever since I was a teenager I’ve had really bad health anxiety. I just realize that I still do, not as bad as it was when I was a teen but I still do. I find my self worrying about things ever since I was told I was diabetic.
When I feel Sick, or when I get a head ache, or when I just feel something in general I fear that there might be something wrong with my health and I start googling. Also, I’ve been experiencing vertigo for the first time in my life and I realized that it made my health anxiety worse even though I was told that my MRI results show nothing at all and every other test came out okay, other than my blood sugar was over the normal range. I know that its anxiety and I know how to control it for most of the time, I just thought I shared this with you guys.
