I did 15 mins of aerobic exercise 2 hours ago and felt a sharp pain for a few seconds, four times with 20 mins in between each. And now I'm having a full ache in the chest area and can't help but worry it might be a heart attack. But i hate how anxiety can cause similar symptoms? Does anyone else get this and do you really think it is anxiery or maybe a heart attack? Whenever you look up anything to do with the heart online, it's always suggested to get help immediately and not ignore it which worries me more!
