So I was out with an associate, we laughed and chatted. I didn't feel anxiety but when I started to get happy feeling and started to laugh, my head was tingling. Now that I'm home and relaxed, my head and face is tingling. Is this anxiety? Can anybody relate?

Hey
Yes it's possible
I would have expected your face to hurt from all the smiling. Usually if I'm havin a good time to where my head tingles I have the smiles to go with it.
I did this out to dinner with the family. I laughed hard and got dizzy and tingling. So there I am, in the middle of dinner, googling laughing and passing out. What a goof. Anyways, comes to find out that if you are already breathing shallow from anxiety, even though you don't realize it, laughing can just take that much more oxygen way. I started a low-dose medication and I've been able to put a lot of my symptoms into perspective. I breathe a lot deeper now and my chest isn't near as tight nor are my muscles. So now I can laugh without feeling that way. I still struggle with a lot of things but it has taken the edge off so that I could see how truly bad I was.
