I believe that is where it comes from I believe it makes u feel like he** I know from experience u can be scared as he** when it happens I see no good in it but it makes us stronger So when this evil monster comes around Tell it to go to Hel* where it came from The Bible says Do not be anxious about anything.......Philippians 4:6,7 Believe in God's word and Be Strong

Hi Lvumor, I agree...Get angry, get mad at the anxiety bully that tries to instill frightening negative thoughts our way. After it robbing me of years of my life, I got mad one day, really mad and found it retreating like the coward it is. From that moment on, I knew I would be back in control again. And I am. Good Luck in going forward.
