it is most likely your body reacting to your anxiety

The feeling that your heart misses a beat is a very common symptom of anxiety, it doesn't actually miss a beat it's that the spacing between beats is irregular, I have this from time to time but I know it's anxiety and that it will pass so I feel no fear and it goes. If it persists see your doctor for reassurance but it sounds very much like anxiety to me and it will pass so long as you accept it without fear for the moment.
