Hi everyone. I joined this group because I suffer from health anxiety. I currently am making MAJOR progress by listening to The Anxiety Guy Podcast. I have no affiliation with him whatsoever, but wanted to share a small something that helps. I know the prison that is anxiety.

I don't know if it is on Spotify, but his name is Dennis Simsek. Google him, and you'll see a bunch of his you tube videos. He also has a Facebook page called "The Anxiety Guy." He has seriously helped me so much.
