Had a panic attack a few days ago a really bad one and since then I have had random hard thumps in my chest and shortness of breath these symptoms come and go and leaves me thinking i have heart problems which only adds to my already high anxiety levels.
About 3 months ago I had an ecg for a suspected electrical shock but turns out I didn't get shocked just burns to my hands surely something would of showed up then right ?
Guess I'm just chasing reassurance I appreciate your responses
