Team sport?

I've been offered to play basketball but I'm so anxious about it. I want to play but am so scared I'll be so unfit and have a panic attack in front of everyone. My dizziness that I have with my anxiety often stops me from wanting to exercise for obvious reasons. Help!

Hi Mexa88,

You know what, exercise helps reduce the bad chemicals in your body that cause the dizziness.

If you haven't done anything physical start by walking around the block and then increase the number of blocks.

If you have a park, you can try walk a minute, jog a minute and then build up distance every week. If you are feeling great, change up mid week.

I have definitely been avoiding exercise lately as I have really limited energy at the moment. I really would like to give it a go though! Thanks for believing in me!

Hey bro, don't let fear write that story for you. You get out there and write that story for yourself and if you fall, get back up again and again and again. You've got this! Let us know when your first game is.
