try not to panic - there is a lot of alarming information out there and it is easy to get side tracked. Its going to be a side effect that is very unlikely - possibly down to the fact that for some people SSRIs can lower folate B9 levels, which in turn raises homocysteine levels which can lead to cardio-vascular problems but the number of cases where it would get to that point is going to be very small and probably the result of people ignoring a lot of warning signals as it takes quite a while for that particular process to work - there may be others but I would expect they would also take quite a while to manifest.
Have you tried talking to a pharmacist or your GP about it - they are likely to be much better sources of information
Don't always believe everything off the internet please don't worry just speak with doctors
