I swear I'm having a hard time dealing with my heart anxiety. Now I've become so aware of my heart that I fear every minute I'm going to get a heart attack and I also get feelings of impending doom. This is especially apparent whenever I'm trapped in negative thinking for a while.
I fear I might give myself a heart attack because of this. Granted I'm 22 years old therefore I'm too young for one but this anxiety keeps getting stronger. Perhaps its because I had a two week holiday and thus I've drank a lot of alcohol so if thats the case then I can calm down. But as of now my heart anxiety just won't stop tormenting me and my life. Is there ANYTHING I can do at this point? Thanks for reading.

Am 22 an i exactly how u feel.u did an heart test it was gud.but still worry about it.
I am the same that is my main issue and first thing I notice when having a panic attack, worse is I used to check it with a heart rate app and makes it worse. I feel like my heart is racing all day and beating irregular and gonna jump out my chest. I try and read something or do something to take my mind off it, it works for a bit. I have had bloods and ECGs and my heart has come back ok and normal but still worry I might have a heart attack.
Oh my god, I was addicted to heart rate apps as well! That was last year though and I've stopped doing it but it's really left me with more heart anxiety.
My advise is stop drinking. Alcohol use to trigger my anxiety after I was done drinking. Go see you're doc get an EKG. But you'll be fine you're too young. I've went through it too. Even ended up at the hospital cause of my heart palpitations. Got an ekg exam and I was fine. My doctor said STOP thinking too much! Lol. And don't drink if you can't handle it 😔 lol
