First time posting!

My name is Edith and just a quick rundown: I have anxiety and it severly impacts my life. I have a constant feeling that something bad is going to happen and I always feel sick and nervous. I think things that I wouldn't normally think and I hate myself for thinking them...it's just all really complicated. I'm always nauseous and light-headed. If you guys could please reply with some things that could maybe help I'd really appreciate it :) I see that others do have the same issues and it makes me feel a lot better to know that I'm not alone.

Yes feeling just like this .. I'm just wondering now how to start my day ..as the effort of getting up today with nausea in my stomach and head/ dizziness almost makes it impossible..! But I'll do it , I always do and you will too!

Hi,

I know how you feel. Health anxiety has consumed my life for over 20 years. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't google some disease and think that I have it. I have had the dizziness and nausea that you talk about also the feeling that I am spaced out and not really here. Its good to talk about it I think :)

Hi Edith I'm the same weird and negative thoughts impending doom!!! I always say can't do it???? I used to be a laugh full of confidence but know I don't recognise myself.listen acceptance anxiety is part of our lives know and learning to cope accept and let it pass my saving grace is relaxation exercises listen to music,distract myself bake I'm not that good but try🤡I also keep a diary.keep strong this is a great site with lots of wonderful advice and help.xxxx
