My name is Edith and just a quick rundown: I have anxiety and it severly impacts my life. I have a constant feeling that something bad is going to happen and I always feel sick and nervous. I think things that I wouldn't normally think and I hate myself for thinking them...it's just all really complicated. I'm always nauseous and light-headed. If you guys could please reply with some things that could maybe help I'd really appreciate it I see that others do have the same issues and it makes me feel a lot better to know that I'm not alone.
