I learned that helping myself was more important than helping others (at this time) with their emotional pain. So I started exploring more in depth my hobbies and talents. Also spent more time by myself in a quiet area. I have incorporated "Create Time" into my evenings on a daily basis. Things like, drawing, painting, making crafts, creating floral arrangements, praying, listening/singing to gospel music and much more.

EGraceA, Definitely good advice in that we can't help others until we help ourselves. "Me time" needs to be a part of each day for the anxious person. A time to find some quality time (no matter how long) in enjoying things that quiet your mind and body. I like the things that you have chosen for your "Create Time". Thank you for sharing. x
