I feel as though my anxiety symptoms are becoming a habit. I get shaky both in and out and particularly in my left arm. It happens nearly everyday and there is always that constant internal checking i do with myself everyday to ask "how am i doing/feeling?" I almost feel like i am making myself shake , stupid anxiety!
Yes, i agree that it is time to tell my anxiety off as a recent poster suggested. Anxiety is keeping me from living life. I think i will take a little to write to anxiety and tell it off!
