Confused

My symptoms started about 2 months ago in July,nothing's changed and in still having problems. I just moved and will be going to see new doctors but I'm scared of what could be going on with me

Hi Saturnmoon82, Change always provokes symptoms in the anxious person. We want everything to stay the same. No surprises, no changes. Unfortunately life doesn't work that way. The fact that you say you just moved is most likely the cause of these feelings. Seeing new doctors and establishing trust and openness with them is sending up unnecessary red flags as to what may be going on with you. Starting new, starting a fresh beginning can be one of the most satisfying and happiest times of your life. Give it a chance. Use the forum for support during this time. I've had the symptoms way before I moved they started in July,and just continue. Nothings changed

Saturnmoon82, when unable to rid yourself of the symptoms and nothing seems to work, it is time to see a therapist who can help you get down to the root of the problem. Unless it's resolved, the symptoms will only grow and get worse. Not being able to relax is wearing on both your body and mind. You say no one knows what is causing this, but there is always a reason behind anxiety. Please keep us updated. I hope you get some answers and relief soon. xx
