Anxiety/panic lying under the surface

It's an odd feeling, it's like anxiety/panic but it's in the background, I don't know how to explain it. Does anyone else experience this

nmp1, oh yes, it's always there in the background just lurking around. The difference is I no longer allow it to make an appearance. As Jeff1943's post stated, get angry. I did, I mean really angry. I had enough of this nonsense after 5 years of being agoraphobic, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I showed the anxiety bully that I meant business. As it is known to do, it lost it's power over me. I took my control back. I won... We all eventually will. xx
