On the topic of hormone levels...

Recently I went in to have some blood work done focusing on the basics and also focusing on ailments that plague my family ( hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia etc) to see where I stand. The results are due in next week I believe. I'd been meaning to get my hormone levels tested as well but as usual I forgot to bring this up!

My question for you is, have you had hormone level blood work done? and if yes, did your results help in determining whether you are suffering from anxiety? Meaning, hormones that are present and overactive during severe anxiety, were they shown as activated on your blood work?

Also, if your hormones were off, did you get advice on how to set them back right? I know a lot of chemical imbalances have to do with misfiring of signals that can be caused by hormone levels. I saw a video where a Dr points out how that works and that there are ways to sort the imbalance out.
