Setraline and anxiety

Hi

I was diagnosed with PPD/PPA I started taking setraline from 50mg now to 100mg. How long does it takes for it to fully work and what else can I do to help my anxiety

Hi Ada,. My son is on Sertraline, he is supposed to take 100mg but takes 50mg. He is currently panicking as he heard something on the radio, I take no notice of such things because we are all different. I think you should allow at least over two weeks for it to work, by then you should feel human😊. I take Pregablin for anxiety, only at night as I find it hard to sleep, see how you go as there are lots of medications out there. Be positive 🤗🤗

I'm on day 8 and I have seen some minor improvements in the afternoon time x

Give it 2/3 weeks to get into your system ada1 sometimes you feel worse before your body adjusts to them.good luck.x

I also experience brain zap in the left side of my brain and bad headache, is that due to the anxiety

I get them when my anxiety is high

I tell myself it's just anxiety so I don't panic more

I get anxiety quite often specially when i'm on my own again during the week with nobody really to talk to its getting me down cant live like that anymore.please give me some advice what i can do about it as it gets worse!!! Thank you!!!

Hi, try to get out of the house, try some mediration, look for something to keep you busy. Don't worry you are not alone
