Hi, does anyone in here take or have taken settaline? What's it like? The docs have prescribed me it instead of taking my citalopram
Setraline: Hi, does anyone in here take or... - Anxiety Support
Setraline
Yes, I am on Zoloft (Sertraline) for my anxiety and depression control. They are working fine and I have not felt any side effects.
I'm on Citalopram so I wondered why your GP changed them, I'm finding that the Cit doesn't work as well as they did last time so if you find the Sertaline better let us know.
My sister takes Sertraline and she finds them good.
Best regards.

I also take Sertraline. I took them 5 years ago and they were great. I have been on them since January and I did struggle with coming round on a morning but that was just for about 3 weeks. I can tell if I forget to take a pill because I get like a little electric shock in my head. I don't think I had this problem the first time I took them so I must be a bit more nuttier this time lol. I have tried numerous pills and I find sertraline to be the best.
Hi Lizxx I was prescribed Sertraline about 3 months ago to help with my anxiety. #so far I have noticed a huge difference. I take one in the morning as my doctor advised this would be more effective than taking them at night with my other meds. I am on the waiting list for CBT at the moment and hopefully if that helps I will come off the Sertraline slowly. That's a while off yet though and I have found them a massive help! No side effects at all either
Hope this helps,
J xoxo
Thank you all for replying, u have helped to ease my mind about taking them xxx
