Due to my anxiety I spend a lot of time alone watching tv or movies. Anyone got any recommendations. And yes I've watched pretty much everything standard, breaking bad, game of thrones. The Wire ; Xfiles(every season)

Iron fist on Netflix, I watch that !!.
Watch Bates Motel! Or Gossip Girl!! For some reason Gossip Girl really helps me with my anxiety, it's weird. And im 28, people act like only teenagers watch that show but I love it! I've watched every season 5x already just because it soothes my anxiety
If you have netflix check "bojack horsemen" it about to get a 4th season also going out sometimes among friends and family helps anxiety also
