Neck pain

Whenever I turn my head to the right or bend over my neck on the right side on back hurts like a dull pain. ???

Sounds like a tight muscles around your neck area. Alternating heat with cold may help. The heat loosens muscles that are tight around your nerves, Sounds basic, and hope it is.

Why did you think this was serious enough to post? Is there something else you aren't sharing?

It's been going on for almost 8 weeks now. Driving me nuts. Never had this before and can't think of a time I pulled a muscle to cause this. So was curious if this build up of pain in neck area is common with anxiety.
