I just came back from my holiday/vacation which I really enjoyed though I did want to go home after it was finished. However returning just felt strange to me. Like I was in a strange country of all sudden. Even my house felt weird returning to it. This caused me to panic immensely. I did not want to feel like a different person all of a sudden. I feel like something's wrong with me. Right now I'm still anxious (though not panicky anymore) and it's making me feel fuzzy in my body. Is this common with people with anxiety? Thanks.
