Oh Hun I know how you feel, i have it and I sometimes don't know how to get myself out of a panic attack and end up really worked up that I have to go to hospital! It's hard! Anxiety sucks xx

To reduce your anxiety try a breathing exercise

Place one hand on your chest and one hand on your abdomen. Then inhale slowly through your nose for 3 seconds. The hand on your abdomen should rise whilst the hand on your chest should stay relatively still. Then exhale through your mouth for three seconds, making a whooshing noise as you breathe out.

Remember that after 20 minutes or so the high anxiety levels will pass.

try meditation and deep breathing. it helps a lot

start by going to doctor. he will give you meds and schedule therapy sessions. first do this asap. then once your medication starts , do meditation and deep breathing 3 times a day
