Me too! I have all those symptoms and mine are worse at night! Some nights I wake up in a panic and my body trembles all over. Read about the symptoms of anxiety and about how it's important to accept them and not worry. If you're new to anxiety, I recommend Claire Weekes books, esp Hope and Help for Your Nerves and the anxietycentre.com website.
