currently having another fear once i managed to overcome the paranoia fear...the pattern is so clear with anxiety, once you get over a fear, another one approaches.
im so scared because earlier today i was watching a schizophrenia related video about hearing music 24/7. my anxious mind thought it would be fun to think that I'm hearing things when they're actually my thoughts. i keep singing in mind and I'm scared that it is part of psychosis
