Hi,
I'm really new to this but just want to see what people have done differently since they've been diagnosed with the anxiety disorder and if you have seen any benefits from it. I've been diagnosed for nearly a year now alongside panic disorder but I don't have panic attacks anymore as I have managed to stop them with no medication as I'm dubious about taking them.
