Waking with anxiety

I fell sleep around 1:30am and awoke at 2 something am feeling anxious, but I was able to fall back asleep and now it's 4:50am and I wasn't able to fall back asleep, instead I've stared to feel th usual lump in my throat and I can feel my self tremble a little from time to time and at times I feel my heart pounding slightly. I want these feelings gone, I don't know what to do, I'm trying not to worry about a situation that happened that's made me worry, but it's hard.

Any advise on any natural remedies? That would help
