jennifer234, Thank You so much for sharing. Did you watch any of the other short motivational clips? They are magical for your mind. We forget that each of us possesses the power and the strength to become who we want to be. No one or nothing can hold us back if we truly want it. No obstacle too great to go around or climb when the belief in you is to win. Nothing in life comes easy. The answer for all of us is to go forward, never doubt yourself, never give up. You WILL reach your goal.

You can beat the Anxiety Bully. With Anxiety, it's just a game and games are meant to win. Go for it Jennifer, I'm in your corner. x

NFDK, you are very kind but all of what I write comes from my own experience as well as from my heart. As life has given me obstacles, I have found ways to either overcome or make the best of what I have. (including chronic pain from Fibromyalgia) It may be a daily reminder but I go forward living my life.

How are you doing NFDK? Motivation, Affirmation, Meditation is all well and good but nothing beats the comfort of knowing you are not alone as you will find on this forum. My best to you x
