So my anxiety hits at night hard and I mean hard... I've been taking xanax that's prescribed to me but I'm scared I will become addicted 😞 Anyone have any background with taking it??

My doctor would not prescribe me xanax. I've been on Klonopin for about a year now, it last longer than xanax so you don't have to worry about taking a lot, but as long as your taking it as prescribed along with working on your acceptance and maybe some cbt. You will be okay
Just try to get through the panic yourself first before you reach for the xanax 🙂
