I'm new to this and was wondering does anybody have chest pains and pressure on the chest EVERYDAY especially at night when trying to sleep? It's been going on for a week straight and I was wondering if this was normal?

It may or may not be chest pains. It could be stomach acid reflux. It's more prevalent when lying down. Do you eat anything before going to bed? Alternatively, it could be your own mind trying to grab your focus on something, in this case perceived chest pain and pressure. At night time there is usually less external things to focus so the mind focuses on self much more. And it could be anything. Once the mind grabs a hold of something, you will check the next time if the feeling is still there, therefore giving more focus on it. Of course, I would check this with a doctor to ensure there is no physical problem.

I have had major anxiety since last November . I have had tightness in the chest near constant ever since , I wake up feeling like I have a hangover so I know exactly how you feel . When you go to the dr again just mention it to them just to be safe .
