Chest Pain!

How bad can chest pain get for someone? For me its more discomfort. And i get the jolt and my chest gets tight and some times gose up to my neck.. i told my doctor about it and he said it should realte to anxity.

I know how you feel! Mine is a gnawing pain and shifts around. Had all the tests, all anxiety for me. Its just tense muscles needing to heal and to stop worrying about it, which is hard.

So worrying about it just makes it worse im assuming? For me its all over my chest it moves all over at different times.

It's finally getting better for me. Yes mine moves all over and one day is good one day is bad, the more I think about it, the worse it gets.
