Hey I'm new here and I've need to vent out I've been have n anxiety a lot my mind raceses really bad it feels like i can't sleep or get to sleep I get woke up out my sleep I cry out cause I be scared I dont want to be by myself a lot my left side of my body b feeling like its going numb i get clammy out of breath shake its to the point wear I can't work good or i barely want to leave my house its so creepy
