Does anyone else get chest chills? I get them sometimes at random moments and they can last in increments of time and sometimes all day. They usually happen in my chest, but can sometimes spread to my back and to my legs. It feels like i have the chills but they just wont go away. I am not cold because even when i have a blanket on i can still get them. It is really hard to believe that these are related to anxiety. Can you assure me that they are? If you do have these so called "chills" how to do you get rid of them?

Yes I get this very often as well! It definitely is our anxiety unfortunately, I just tell myself it's anxiety so that I don't panic and overthink
