Is this heart problems for anxiety???????

I am a 17 year old female and I live in a very hot and humid climate. February 15 2017 my life changed completely. I had some issues with a friend it all gave me super anxiety (Not gonna go into details) and I started feeling like there was something wrong with my heart. Well I went to the urgent care where the Nurse gave me an EKG and checked my vitals, everything was fine and they passed it off as an anxiety attack. Well as time goes by I notice that when i get up my heart beats kinda fast, I have weird feelings in my chest sometimes that just do not feel good and they make me feel like I can't breath. So a little while ago I went outside to my neighbors garden to go water their stuff and I had a hard time breathing, now right now where I live it is 94 degrees with 57% percent humidity and it was just hard to breath for me. My pulse was pretty high and I had a little bit of anxiety. So when I got back in the house I tried to get cooled off and I just feel weird in my chest and I can't breath very well but it isn't like I can't breath.

My father died 6 years ago when I was 11 from a heart attack and come to find out there is a little bit of heart trouble in my fathers family. SO is this a problem with my heart or is it just anxiety? I am 165 pounds and I am 5'10.

Hello believe me it's not cardiac I was having heart palpitations all the time mostly at night then I was determined I was gonna die my friend who passed away and two weeks later my nan it was horrible iv had echos done I can't breath half the time I feel like I'm gonna die but it's scary having no one believe u when u panic I have moments were I can't breath I have palpitations trough out the day my eyes go funny to I have aches and pains I go so sleepy all the time I just wanna be myself

Perhaps you should change your diet, incorporate more raw vegetables and lots of water. You will mineralize your body and likely also loose some weight as a result. Your anxiety may just pass. Usually, it's not just something in itself tgat causes anxiety but a variety of things over time. What's your definition of living healty?
