Sickly feeling as if am gonna be sick with stomach pains

Does anyone else get this I keep feeling really really sick please help amxiety really getting to me and keep getting stomach pains please help

Yeap I get the same symptoms. My symptoms may be anxiety, hormone related or side effects to meds. I found the over counter nausea liquid works well along with ginger chews ( got on amazon). I do take ibuprofen for stomach pain once in a while and it helps. Warm milk with cinnamon helps with nausea and is calming.

Thankyou so much this anxiety is horrible feel like it's ruening me can't cope with it scares me aswell
