Flying fear

Sorry i submitted my post without completing.

So going to take a flight and hwve this dark dull feeeling.i beleive i have phobias.claustrophobia,agrophobia etc.any tips advice?

I was very scared of flying when I was younger. I know the feelings. Ask your doctor for something to relax you during your trip, a mild tranquilizer. Try to sit on the aisle so you have more room. Remember that it's not as bad as what your mind is telling you.

I don't like flying but it will get you to your destination quicker. Bring some comfort aids on , definatly ask doctor for relaxing meds. Afrin nose spray and gum gir your ears, magazine to occupy your mind, some candy or snacks . And take pics because it's so beautiful above the clouds. Deep breaths.
