Enough

I get back from hospital from having a major panic attack. I felt fine for few hours but now I'm in bed my head is thumping my chest feels like someone is stepping on it my legs and arms shake.

I'm so sick of this.

I know it sounds really stupid and typical, and at first I thought "nah....fuck it" but try the breathing exercise called 4, 7, 8 just google it and do it. Game changer for me. Haven't had a panic attack in years, though still have anxiety sometimes which I give it to u, is horrible and I hate it
