is it just me that constantly thinks they are about to have a heart attack every day im so scared to go out in case something happens im on medication for depression and anxiety but cant control how i feel every little ache and pain like electric type of pain in my jaw that lasts a few seconds i start thinking "right here we go "

Yeah I know how you feel man you feel like at any moment you could drop dead or go into cardiac arrest it's scary and can drive you insane. The best thing you can do is call anxiety's bluff and tell yourself you are going to be fine. Because if you were going to have a heart attack you would it wouldn't wait. Remember to breathe and keep taking to your medication.

I'm afraid cause my dad died of one at 44 and I'm fat. I have chest pains from anxiety too. My doctor reports show my risk of heart attack is under a 2 whereas a normal person has a 3-5 score and anything above 6 is serious. So I'm medically proven to be at low risk but still worry. I am terrified of any sudden death and OCD read the news and try to avoid all the ways I can die.
