Recovering from BPPV but can't distinguish between anxiety or the BPPV.

So after getting a diagnosis from a neurologist, I had BPPV for sure. Except now, i constantly feel dizzy, off balance on my feet, "not right", and a little dizzy when I turn my head.

I read that these can be residual symptoms of BPPV but the neurologist says it can also be vestibular migraine. I also realize that GAD has the same affects. Sometimes in the car, I feel unsteady when I come to a red light. And, sometimes, when I go to do the Epley to test to see if the spinning is back, my legs start to get "tremor-like" just like the tremors and weakness anxiety produces before a panic attack. So I can't distinguish if it's anxiety now because I am scared to get dizzy again (since the actual "spinning" of BPPV is gone), or if it's because my brain had adapted to the messages it was getting for 2.5 from my BPPV or inner ear signals OR if this is, in fact, vestibular migraine.

I get ear fullness randomly throughout the day and I often wake up with a very faint tinnitus, which is not loud enough to interfere with my day. I also am extremely sensitive to noise, like I cringe my when my children start yelling. In reality, anxiety makes your ears sensitive because your entire body and nervous system is hyper-sensitive. So I am 100% sold on the vestibular migraine diagnosis. I mean I do get migraines but to have vertigo continuing after BPPV doesn't make sense either.

What I do have is ear fullness (that comes and goes, changes ear depending on the day, itchy ears), feeling off balance, like I will fall when I walk or when I am sitting on a chair (usually worse if I fear that will happen). Faint tinnitus upon waking - I also grind/clench my teeth.

I fear trembling and clammy hands and feet when I lean back to the Epley, not sure if this is like an anticipatory fear of the spinning).

Sometimes, when sitting on a chair or driving I feel as though I am still moving or fear I will get dizzy so start to get dizzy and panicky.

I'm telling you I have all the same symptoms. And I can hear a faint beeeeeeep sound. It's so strange. I also feel like the car is moving when it's stopped. How about your vision?
