What the hell is going pn

Pains in chest for no reason. I'm just sitting watching television. Getting sweaty hands and blurred vision, feeling very weak.

I also have experienced this. I would be just sitting peacefully and all of a sudden my whole body gets hot, I get chest pains sweaty hands and feet and beads of sweat on my nose. I hate it.

That is exactly my panic attack symptoms. Comes out of nowhere I get funny vision, hot, fast heart rate, dizzy and weak. You are not alone.

This is a panic attack. They happen for no apparent reason sometimes. It haooen to me all the time. I know it is scary but they usually go away within a couple of minutes of even seconds. Some can last all day.
